Northstar’s Target Field Station, adjacent to the new ballpark of the Minnesota Twins, provides a critical connection for commuters, baseball fans, downtown visitors and riders connecting to other Metro Transit services — including Hiawatha Light Rail service to the airport and Mall of America, as well as bus service from the nearby 5th Street Transit Center. Future transit lines and plans to develop a transportation hub will create additional regional connections for Target Field commuters.
